Not another boring, irrelevant Professional Development

Professional Development is not a one-size-fits all approach. It is one of the most important investments schools can make. However, it is not effective if learning communities are not targeted to meet the individual needs of teachers. Let’s develop a plan to help your students and school achieve!

What People Are Saying

“Thank you for sharing your expertise in our PLC. I went home and really reflected on my teaching style and delivery. My students really appreciated the change and several of my more challenging students engaged in the activities! The days won’t be perfect, but I won a couple of kids over, and I am thankful for your insight!”

— Jill, Atlanta

“I enjoyed my time under your guidance. Each day I entered the school felt like a new adventure! I learned quite a few things that I am good at, as well as areas I can improve upon. I have realized that teaching is truly my passion. Thank you for respecting me and letting me fill in my role as an educator. “

— Ms. Butler, GSU

“If we had more PLs like this, student outcomes would be better...and I would pay more attention! Thank you for coming and sharing your knowledge. I especially loved your stories; it made your points more vivid. I look forward to reading your book.”
